These are from the official playing cards produced by Jump comics. I just love that they chose these two images for the cards.
I did not make these you can buy the cards from Japan, just recently released.
The seven of Hearts featuring Rukia and Renji and the Eight of hearts featuring Ichigo and Orihime. Someone in the manga offices must have seen how these were an important scenes. This is not suggesting they're a couple! They are after all only playing cards, please enjoy them as that.
(They're red and white for diamonds and hearts, a bit of a pain but works in a way.)
2016 Update: Bleach is finished and it's official, the couples are canon. Can we say it was planned from the start or was it randomly decided to finish so quickly? Who knows really, it's good for the fans of these couples though.
